The location and size of room

It was trendy and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

The whole property was just really nice from the outside all the way into the rooms...even the inside pool was great my kids loved it.

Clean, friendly staff, roomy/comfortable, quiet, good air conditioner, good breakfast.

The bed itself explained everything.

The people at check in and at check out were very courteous. The hotel was well kept and felt modern. Location was easy to get to, and felt like it was a safe area.

Great location, clean and staff was great

Updated and modernized room. Clean and friendly staff.

Breakfast was good but didn't have enough for everyone, needed more. Room was roomy, clean and cute, bed was very comfortable and softest sheets I've ever slept on at a hotel.

Beautiful property well maintained breakfast was outstanding!

Everything was as i expected it to be.

I had a very comfortable stay at Homewood Suites in Lubbock. The room one bedroom king suite was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my visit. Breakfast was excellent, and the cook was very friendly and a superb host, which really set a great tone for the day. Employee Kyle was beyond helpful. Jessica at the front desk was especially helpful, kind, and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Great place for a long term stay. Very clean hotel and a great team of employees. 5 star location. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean room.

Great location. Beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Eddie, I believe the general manager, welcomed us for our stay. He was thorough and welcoming. He asked about pets and when I mentioned I have a cardiac alert service dog he was very aware and knowledgeable about the laws surrounding service animals. He made sure to make it known that he would tell the staff there was someone in the building with a service dog and that they would see me and my dog near the pool, through out the hotel and even at breakfast the next morning. He made jokes and talked us through policies and when he realized that the disability access room we reserved wasn’t ready, he bumped us up to allow me to still have a disability friendly room for the stay
