From the moment we arrived we were met with incredible hospitality. Hotel Times was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in across the globe. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect for exploring the old town, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. They went out of their way in a million little ways to ensure we had a great stay.

We travelled as a family to Bukhara and stayed at Zumrad Boutique for couple of nights. We got more than what we expected. The staff (Malika and another gentlemen in the evening shift) were hospitable and very helpful. They took care of our dietary restrictions, and in fact arranged a packed breakfast the next day as we had an early train to catch. Food was great and we all loved it. Room was very spacious, unique designs and very clean. Location is very close to the Registan square and walkable to all the central attractions. Overall we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend. Thank you for making it a great stay for us.

Everything was great since we stepped in. The hotel staff Asadbek and Shakhina were the best I have experienced so far, they gave us the best possible service. We asked for a change in one of the rooms and they did it in a second. Asad also gave me a free late checkout for both our rooms and even suggested a lot of great places nearby. Shakhina also arranged a taxi for us to the airport (free of charge). The breakfast and room were great and well kept, everything was clean and maintained. The location of the hotel is very central and accessible to a everything including a lot of sights and great restaurants. One of the best hotel experiences!

Everything! It is a true gem in Samarcande, very luxury and still afordable! It's such a beautiful hotel. The beds are very comfortable, the patio is beautiful and the breakfast is exceptional!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Khiva. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location right in the historic center.
The owner welcomed us at the reception and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. The atmosphere in the hotel was very warm and homely, and everything was exactly as it should be.
The owner also made sure I had a rich breakfast, even with my gluten-free and dairy-free diet, which I really appreciated.
After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception for as long as we needed and picked it up only when we were leaving the city.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is exactly as described.
Very clean and spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. Air conditioned perfectly workimg. A safe and quiet area.
Great breakfast with plenty of choices.
The transfer from the hotel was exceptional. The driver waited for us for almost 2 hours in the middle of the night, as our flight was late and we had quite a long wait for the luggage, and showed no signs of impatience.
The staff is extremely kind, efficient and friendly. In particlar Azimbek and Mohammad. Thank you for this wonderful welcome in Uzbekistan!
