I had a fantastic 3-night stay at La Ruota Hotel during our ski trip this past weekend. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to fuel up for the day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was conveniently located for skiing, and everything was well-maintained and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back again—highly recommended!

The owner and his son are very helpful and nice.They come to meet us in 5 minutes even if it was the Bairam and we book with 1 hour in advance .The hotel is clean and modern,near the city center 2-3 minutes walking.A big plus is the private parking in the underground for the car if you travel by car.Also the breakfast was tasty and fresh.I definitely recommend this hotel! Hotel Hiserra is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. The location couldn't be better; it's right between the stone bridge, the Sinan Pasha mosque and the fortress, and slightly uphill. This gave me a great view over the town from my twin bed room, and also it's nice and quiet at night. I'm also very positive about the staff, who treat you as their personal guest, and also take good care of the neighbourhood cats.
