The staff, from the manager to the helpers to the chef, were absolutely polite, accomodating and helpful. Pablo, Blessed, Monica, Elizabeth and Team were outstanding. (I have left out two, and i do apologize if i spelt there names incorrectly.) Martin the game rancher is very knowledgeable and made the game drive exciting and informative. Blessed, the chef, made mouth watering food and all meals were delicious.

We loved that it was in the middle of nowhere and we came...

We loved that it was in the middle of nowhere and we came prepared to experience all the nature and the different activities the resort had to offer. The weather was not playing along but that didn’t stop us from having fun. Pity paintball did t happen it we enjoy the Super tube, Zip line, quad bikes ( which accommodated our 8 year old), Archery 🏹. On our way out, we saw a giraffe 🦒 which was really exciting and a ting green snake 🐍 crossing the road. The place had activities for both our kids (8 and 15 years).

Brits has great industry but the town itself is run down.

Brits has great industry but the town itself is run down. They should replace the inactive traffic lights with roundabouts and should work in their roads and pavements and general upkeep of the area. It looks a mess.

Brits as a town had my jaws on the floor in the way it had...

Brits as a town had my jaws on the floor in the way it had developed. I knew it as a one-street town. I can easily call it metropolitan. It has almost anything a holiday maker wants. The bright lights at night make it even more inviting! The fast food outlets were all available at 20h00. We used Nandos as it was the first one before we turned to our sleep-over guesthouse. It was easy to get around even at night, even though we were not familiar with the place. Nothing ai can say needs to be avoided, I just marvelled at how farming and agriculture turned this small dorpie into such a lovely town!

The road was bumpy on gravel for about 15 km and that wasn't nice. But the resort had a tar road inside which was great. The weather was spectacular versus home. The staff is friendly. Area is peaceful as we hoped.

Easy to drive around and access shops and restaurants...

Easy to drive around and access shops and restaurants especially at the mall. Some portion of the roads are not on good condition and therefore care needs to be taken when driving around. Overall, Brits is a lovely small town

We r so disappointed about the owner Michelle on answering our review with such a lie . That shows that she is a pathological lier. Even when you read other reviews u can actually see how she answered when she gets the rate/ review she does not want Her attack on customers reviews is so painful defending herself. . My advice is that she should not lie about customers like that. Our reviews actually helps them to improve their business. Don't lie about customers plz we spend our hard earned money on you And u even charged us more than usual, this is very disappointing .

We were a group of 10 We booked 2 6 Sleepers and 1 hotel room Check in and out was easy Staff very accommodating and friendly It stops here You pay for the slide Theres only 1 slide You pay for using the lounge aircon You pay to enter the indoor pool where its dull and the lighting is bad No housekeeping on a Sunday No towels. U use the same towels for your entire stay 1 room has an aircon and the other has a fan Unfortunately not worth it and we wont b considering this property again
