The location is the major selling point especially if you are there for anything happening at the IMPACT facilities. First, it’s walking distance to IMPACT exhibition center, which is where I needed to spend most of my time. Google Maps will say you need to walk all the way around, but there is a skybridge that takes you from the 3rd floor of the parking area of the shopping center. Second, there are plenty of yummy cheap street food options all around. But if you need your MK or KFC or other indoor eateries, the mall is just a 5 minute walk way. The mall has an Aeon Supermarket, movie theater and a Jett’s for those who have a membership. Third, there are several coin operated laundry shops as well as shops of convenience if you need a soda or chips or ice cream located in the courtyard. Some have complained about the noise—it is an area where families live, but they stopped playing outside by 8pm.

Room is spacious and comfy. Everything you need is there. Its a very nice place to stay if u have plan to watch concert or sportgame near Impact arena area. Its only 10 minute walking. So its very convenience The owner is very nice and helpful. She told how to do sefl check in very detailed. (a bit complicated but you will get it) I forgot the key inside and i had to call her to help me which she helped right away. Much appreciated.

Was unsure when arrived because in Europe apartment blocks like this are more often than not terrible ( dirty and noisy) . Upon arrival we had easy entrance and navigation to the condo. New door with good security coded system. Good size room with 2 beds ( 1king 1 single) which were very comfortable. Our worries were soon gone. The whole visit we were amazed at the level of quiet all around. We slept so well undisturbed. Outside was fantastic too. So many food shops and a food mall and various supermarkets and 7/ elevens.Also the Wifi was really good .
