Lovely roomy kitchen which was very well equipped. Comfy beds. I loved the view up the garden to the field beyond. Easy walking distance to the Sal.

The location of this lovely cottage is perfect, located in the Black and White trail. The cottage is a black and white cottage with exposed beams but walk through the door and you are into a modern home. Very quite location with no traffic allowed at the front of the cottage and parking just a short distance away. The decoration is lovely and you feel at home when inside. Good size for 2 people with good sized bedroom and well equiped kitchen. Good quality bedding and a comfy bed. We will be back. Owners very friendly with very good communication.

Annie and Jim were very friendly and helpful but you had perfect privacy. A welcome basket with Annie’s delicious spelt bread and Jim’s plum jam was a lovely touch. The Folly is small but beautifully thought out and the garden is full of birds including woodpeckers, jays and a bullfinch. A perfect spot to relax on the loungers and read a book. Close to Weobley, a gentle walk away, which has a couple of pubs and cafes including The Green Bean which does great snacks.

Ann, was the perfect host for our 2 day short stay, the house was comfortable the location is so peaceful, safe and secure. We had a tour of the garden and we were made welcome to enjoy the facilities. Breakfasts was prepared to our requested time, Ann was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We shared much conversation which made the stay even more friendly.

The location and property was absolutely beautiful. Edward, Helen & family made us feel extremely welcome, giving us the history and background to the manor and knowledge of the local areas. The wonderful dancing from Edward & Helen’s sweet girls! The breakfast was incredible and our room was sooo comfortable, it made us feel like royalty. I would recommend anyone to try this this place out, you’ll not be disappointed. We will definitely visit again!!
