A stunning new villa with beautiful decor and private pool overlooking the rice paddy fields.. a perfect place to relax and unwind. Agus the owner and the staff were amazing!!! So friendly and happy to do anything for us. We had a delicious breakfast and we were also offered free transport to ubud and the surrounding areas. The Service of airport transport was also very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back !!

The place is just amazing! Has a direct view of the forest, so quiet and peaceful. The room is just beautiful and so clean. The pool is big enough and always clean and at the perfect temperature to dive in. The stuff here are AMAZING. Always super helpful, polite but make you feel like home. My absolute favorite place to stay so far!

This majestic spot is close to everything in center yet tucked away from the busyness! Many have commented on it being a bit difficult to access, which is fair, particularly if mobility is an issue for you. If not, the tucked away nature of it adds to the magic. There is a path through the rice fields in the back which is a lovely walk and brings you right to center. The hotel grounds are stunning, so lush and beautifully maintained! The staff is wonderful. The bed is comfy! Great choice if you want to be close to center but also have your peace!

I love the walk through. The rice paddies with small vendors, coffee shops, and restaurants along the way. This is off the beaten path but close to the bustling streets near Ubud Palace. My villa was very private which was perfect for Nyepi and I was so grateful to be there to participate in a beautiful cultural tradition. Everything was sparkling clean and really lovely. I highly recommend this gem!

Our stay at Ambengan was fabulous. Although the location is a bit far from downtown, it offers a peaceful, quiet, and truly relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is clean, well-designed, and tastefully decorated. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We even decided to extend our stay because we loved it so much.

I absolutely loved my stay! What struck me most was the combination of casual luxury and home comfort. I loved the calming minimalism of the interior with thoughtful details. The surrounding nature perfectly frames this gem. It is a very inspiring feeling to wake up to a magnificent view and the sunrise over the jungle covered hills. All together it feels like a healing space. The staff was beyond praise. Really friendly and helpful.
