Pleasant stay. We were in a family room which was spacious and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the cookies while adults appreciated the coffee and tea in the kitchen.

Location was right at Vik. The room was cosy. It was one cottage & two rooms. When we approached Hotel Vik to collect the keys, we asked if we could stay one night at the hotel instead and the other in the cottage. They very kindly obliged at no charge. The hotel room came with free breakfast but the cottage did not.

The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. While sharing the house with other guests meant a bit of morning juggling, it was a great opportunity to meet fellow travellers.

Awesome location and views onto the sea, kitchen was very functional with all crockery and cutlery in good order. The place felt quite secure too, and not far away from the ring road. We had forgotten to buy milk from the supermarket before arriving. and when we asked where we could buy it from, she said their farm produces milk. We offered to buy a bottle of milk from her, but she replied, "You are not buying it, I am going to give it to you", and she promptly brought a litre or more of milk from the cows on the farm. Amazing gesture.

Loved being on the farm and so close to the beach! The staff were so kind and accommodating. The rooms were great for our family (2 adults and 2 kids-8 and 11 years old). Close to Vik, the beach, ATV adventures and waterfalls! The dogs and horses on the property were very friendly. We are major animal lovers so this was so perfect for us ❤️
