Location was perfect for our situation (Lake Hop) The motorized gate and high fence was very secure. There was lots of room for parking. There is a gas BBQ that isn't listed. Kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed. The whole house was easily heated by the heat pump in the lounge. Warm and Cozy.
