The house is located in a small village in the north east of Sao Miguel. It is a very quiet area which was ideal for us. The house is large and new. It has a large garden were the kids played a lot. It also has nice views to see the sunrise. Antonio, the manager, is great. He provided us with useful information about things to do/see, shops, bakeries etc. He is always available if you need anything. He lives next to the house.

The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. We loved the sun pouring in through the big windows and how bright it was inside the main living area. The pool was lovely and the little private patio a nice place to enjoy a meal or glass of wine. The location was great for exploring the NE part of Sao Miguel. The host responded to questions in a timely manner.

The house is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities that one needs for a vacation. We were welcomed with a nice basket full of fruits and local drinks. We enjoyed the garden house and the terrace a lot. The house is located in the centre of a very small village, just 20 minutes away from the tea plantation and some great hikes. Great value for money!

Cozy, stone house on a hillside with beautiful views of the valley and distant ocean. The queen bed was comfortably firm and warm. All appliances worked well. Housekeeper was a great help. Enjoyed every day. Nearby towns were friendly and fun to walk around.
