Cutest little house, very cozy and clean. He even had us goodies waiting and all the amenities you would need for a short stay. Loved the closeness to college and town. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect location for my sister and my mini girls vacation! It was clean, convenient and no one bothered us. The house is in the back of another "sister house", which was perfect for our trip. We would definitely rent this spot if we go back to Wilmington. 😃
