I like how you can park inside the property to keep your vehicle safe and it was easy to enter the actual house with the instructions they provided. The house itself was kept very neat and clean, and it wasn’t cluttered. They provided more than enough towels and my bed was pretty comfortable. I contacted the owner several times and they always replied to me promptly.

This property and caretaker David just were above and beyond what we could have hoped for! What a beautiful house with all the amenities just minutes from town. Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.

The location was great, very easy to get to local restaurants and shops, and also very handy for the Mayan attractions nearby. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Albert was full of ideas from where to look for toucan to how to get to the nearby waterfall. Good spot to explore Cahal Pech and Xunantunich, as well as San Antonio to the south with its butterfly ranch, women's collective for crafted gifts to take home, and Ox Mul coffee. Cristo Rey a quiet town with a good restaurant, Carms. Highly recommend!

This property was INCREDIBLE. Beautiful views and SO much to do!! The host were amazing and friendly! They helped us set up rides/taxis between destinations. All our needs were met promptly and our stay was 11/10. We will be coming back and staying in the new villas that the hosts are building. 1000000% recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay - this is a slice of paradise! Larry and Melanie were some of the best hosts we’ve ever had, they’re proud of the Belizean culture and history and we learnt so much from Larry while eating Melanie’s amazing meals. We basically stayed on site for the 3 nights we were there. We booked our tours through Larry and had the best tour guides Francis and Dan! Both so knowledgeable and caring. Definitely make sure eat at least once at this place, it was great! The place: We stayed in the biggest one bedroom unit. Beds are great quality, super comfortable and sturdy. The bathroom was really big which had a beautiful shower with a wee jungle view. While the pressure is a little low, it had a big enough shower head that we didn’t mind at all. Hot water everyday! The bath was amazing after a long day of walking. A big balcony with a hammock that overlooks the pool was a delight especially when it was raining. Beautiful walk down to the river where we saw toucans flying around. Saw a howler monkey for dinner and a gibnut lounging at the back of the property. Thank you Larry, Melanie and team for the memories 🙏

It was so nice to have our own little villa in the rainforest. The area felt so secluded but also very clean and safe. We also had trails to a waterfall and cave towards the back of the property which was great for exploring when we didn’t feel like driving. The room was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were really impressed by how well the screens kept the bugs out and we loved laying in the hammock in the screened in porch. It was a bit cold to swim in the pool but we liked heading there in the evenings to relax and enjoy the evening. It was also wonderful to use the grill by the pool and super easy.
