Everything I could possibly need was there – from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable and stylish furniture. The villa was spotlessly clean, which made a great impression from the start. It's also incredibly peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and stress of everyday life. The hosts took care of every detail, making me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. These are holidays I will look back on with a big smile! I can highly recommend this place!

The location was a bit away from Chania Town, about a 15 to 20-minute drive, but the hospitality of the owner, Mr. Pantelis, was awesome!! Thank you for the great advice. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy our stay in Chania. The pool was cleaned every other day, making it very pleasant to use, and the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom areas were all kept clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Katakis Luxury Villa in Chania, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! This stunning villa exceeded all my expectations, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Cretan charm. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the wonderful owners, who were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The villa itself was spotless—impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a modern yet cozy design that made it an absolute joy to relax in. The spacious rooms, stylish decor, and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape were highlights that stood out every day. The private pool was a dream, crystal clear and perfect for unwinding after exploring Chania. Everything about the property screamed quality, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for both relaxation and convenience. The location was another huge plus—just a short drive from Chania’s vibrant Old Town and gorgeous beaches, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The owners even shared some fantastic local tips, which led us to hidden gems we’d have otherwise missed. Katalis Luxury Villa is a true standout, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a clean, lovely villa with great owners who genuinely care about your experience, this is the place to book. I’m already counting the days until I can return!

Melanie and her Husband were really nice and the place looked great! The garden was cute and we had a lot of space there. The outdoor shower was very romantic. We also saw shooting stars one night lying on the outdoor couch. It was an amazing experience. We will definitely visit again if we come back to crete.

The villas are top notch: * modern design * fully furnished and incredibly well equipped * spacious rooms * comfortable beds * family/kids friendly (highchair, baby-bed, swimming pool for kids&adults, playground 8 min waking distance) * A/C and shutters in every room * easy walk to the center of Kissamos, supermarkets and many tavernas offering delicious food and great service. I wish this was my house! The staff have a friendly attitude and cleanliness is a top priority for them. No doubt that the villas are amazing but the soul of this place is Christopher. We appreciated his warm hospitality, his reviews about the local area (restaurants, bakeries, attractions, medic centers), his approach being on hand for our questions. But we were really impressed by his passion, honesty and commitment to go the extra mile helping his guests to feel home and establishing a real connection with them. We won’t forget our stay at Limosa and Christopher!
