The house was modern and comfortable, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The best feature though was the staff, everyone was lovely and accomodating, they literally went out if your way to make your stay as nice as possible. A bit off the beaten track and def need a car but away from noise and fuss, great view. Also, best restaurant in Naxos, Marigio, a stone’s throw away (by car), unpretentious traditional Greek cuisine. Thank you for the lovely time we had.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The hosts were so kind and helpful - even offering a free farewell dinner and free laundering services. The free breakfast was fantastic with farm fresh eggs, freshly baked bread, greek yogurt, and homemade jams. They also offer dinner at reasonable prices that is delivered to your villa! The villa exceeded expectations - brand new with gorgeous sunsets, super clean, with furniture custom made by the owner and a large, heavenly rainfall shower. You definitely need a car to stay here and to see the island, but it's a big island, so I think you would need one regardless of where you stay. We felt like it was our sanctuary after full days of exploring.

Ideal location right in the centre of the old town, less than 5 minutes to walk to the port area with restaurants and shops. James was a very good host, the apartment was well supplied with towels, cooking implements etc and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was a nice size with a balcony where you could see the Temple of Apollo, which was a beautiful touch!

The flat is more beatiful and spacious than in the pictures, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The terrace is perfect to enjoy fabulous sunsets. Naxos town is less than 5 mins drive and nice for eating out, drinks and a litlle shopping. Tne host was very kind and helpful. If coming back to Naxos one day, we would definetely stay at Borealis house again.

The accommodation was exceptional. The suite has a beautiful and spacious outdoor area with a magnificent view of the sea, Paros, and the old town of Naxos. The hospitality of the owner was outstanding, and he did a wonderful job with the whole property.

I can't speak highly enough of Villa Thea in Naxos. The property has an elevated rural location and is a short drive to the main town and local beaches. The Villa has amazing views, it is modern, light, and spacious, and has all the necessary amenities. It has a private pool, barbecue, and lovely terrace area. The proprietor, Giannis, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Island and made us feel very welcome.

Everything is designed and built aiming to the residents comfort. Nice medium sized pool protected from the wind with comfortable sunbeds and poofs. Beautiful view to the sea, the east coast and to Paros across. The rooms are spacious, modern bathrooms and overall excellent quality. Easy parking area. The location is excellent, close to some of the best beaches of the island, the airport and only 15 mins drive from the main town. Still private, quiet and peaceful. The house and pool were cleaned on a daily basis without any disturbance, while clean towels were left for us daily. Overall, amazing, top quality, we couldn't ask for more.

We absolutely loved this place. We wanted quiet and comfort and beauty and received all three. We liked the location because it was away from everything but easy to get to places if we wanted to. The villa was beautiful and our hosts were so kind and hospitable. Thank you.
