The location is secluded and private except it is an area in expansion so there was some construction noise (more reason, if you need reason to spend the day at the BEAUTIFUL beach). *clearly not a forever issue. An open space perched on top of a mountain, surrounded by mountains, and close enough to Oaxaca to explore with ease. The owner was very helpful with giving us suggestion for hikes and organizing a motor taxi for us.
