The hotel is very modern with stylish, up-to-date decor throughout. The service was absolutely impeccable—every staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. My room was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Ideally set in the Old Boulevard district of Batumi, Graphic Hotel Batumi is located a 4-minute walk from Batumi Beach, 1.6 miles from Ali and Nino Monument and 3.5 miles from Batumi Train Station. The hotel is super waw, amazing central location, near to all touristic attractions by walk, a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops & night life. The room is very comfortable & the breakfast is so yummy. The location is great, in a quiet area, close to all attractions, a few minutes walk to the Liberty Square and Galeria mall, and short walk to other attractions. The staff were very kind, thanks to Nino, she helped us reserve a table for a nice dinner with wonderful folklore dance and songs in a very good restaurant with amazing view. Staff at the breakfast were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was also good with an additional menu of Georgian breakfast to choose from. The rooms were also clean

Extremely convenient location with great views if you booked certain rooms but even without views, this is great hotel with updated interiors, furniture and new bathrooms. Feels sparkling clean and cozy. Staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would strongly recommend to stay in this hotel, best value for the price!

We were welcomed with a welcome drink and on top of it they surprised me with a sweet serenade and a cake. This made me really very happy. The hotel, area and staff and cleanliness is 10/10.

We made a last minute reservation, everything was ready for us the moment we arrived, and the staff also helped with a very last minute restaurant reservation. Great stay!

Well situated in the center of Tbilisi, Artizan - Design Hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The hotel is very clean and modern. The breakfast is simply excellent. We had dinner there once – everything was delicious as well. The location is great, and the staff is attentive and always ready to help when needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is spotlessly clean. Overall, everything is top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room.
