Located in Ölfus, 30 miles from The Pearl, Hotel Kvika has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. Everything in the hotel is perfect. The rooms are very clean, as are the bed linen and towels. Breakfast is very varied, always fresh and delicious. It is quiet and we felt like home. The people at the hotel reception are very nice.

Located in Akureyri, 24 miles from Godafoss Waterfall, Hotel Halond has accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The rooms come with a patio. Everything was so much better than expected! We had some issues with getting into the room, reservation etc, and everything was solved so smooth, they answered instantly. The room had fantastic facilities, even en-suite fridge, great bathroom, nice terrace. SUPER quiet. Hottubs were a big plus! Also, the common kitchen... just overall 10/10.

Percect location just a few steps from the geysir area. The breakfast is very good with a view to the Strokkur geysir. The rooms are comfortable (good beds, big windows, nice bathroom)
