They’ve done an amazing job preserving the island’s natural beauty, and everything is focused on sustainability. The staff are super polite and professional they take care of every little detail from the moment you land in Malé. The boat ride is quite long but so worth it. We were welcomed with drinks and cold towels, and had a quick briefing to get to know the hotel concept and all the activities. Luis and Lucy were always around and ready to help with anything we needed! The buffet was incredible every single day fresh, healthy, and super tasty. Big shoutout to Ridoy and Rassika, who made us feel right at home every time we went to grab something to eat 🤍 I had the best massage in their spa, it’s a beautiful and clean space. The tours were amazing, especially the Ecoboo cruise. Inke and Ayan made everything more fun and captured the best memories for us with awesome photos and videos. Can’t recommend it enough I’ll definitely be coming back!

Whaleshark Beach has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Dhigurah. With a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Where to even begin… our stay at Whale Shark Beach is one we will not forget. The staff were so accommodating and friendly for our entire stay. They always welcomed us back from our excursions or just afternoons out on the beach and always wanted to know what we had done that day. The food was immaculate and we ended up eating at the hotel every night so we could keep trying things off the menu. The rooftop dining area is especially lovely, it’s nice to be able to see the stars during the evening. The excursions team were absolutely incredible. We saw dolphins, turtles, various reefs and had an unforgettable experience swimming with manta rays. The team were also incredibly generous and allowed us to join two additional manta ray and whale shark trips for no additional cost after we had not seen them initially. The boat was well equipped and the team were incredibly focussed on guest safety in the water as well as enjoyment. Another key thing that we applaud the excursions team on is ensuring the safety and well being of the wild animals we saw whilst out on the sea. The boat engine was immediately turned off as soon as we saw dolphins and they kept a good distance away instead of chasing and harassing the animals. Additionally, prior to one of our whale shark tours we were briefed on how to swim with the animal safely and were reminded that if anyone tried to touch or swim to close to the animal they would be removed from the water. As someone who works in marine animal conservation, I applaud the team at Whale Shark Beach for putting the animals first and ensuring that both them and the guests could have a safe and enjoyable experience. The room was lovely. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’d ever slept in and very spacious. The television also had smart options available to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime which was a big bonus.

A 0-minute walk from Bikini Beach, Surf Trip Maldives is located in Thulusdhoo and has free WiFi, concierge services and express check-in and check-out. Room facilities are good, its a cosy hub. Hari did everything to make me feel at home.

Located a few steps from Dhigurah North West Beach, Dhiguveli Breeze offers 3-star accommodations in Dhigurah and has a garden, a shared lounge and a restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good. The rooms were clean and functional. The food at the hotel restaurant was great. The waiters were also very polite and helpful. Maldivians are warm-hearted people. Thank you guys for everything.

Facing the beachfront, Stone Hotels Dhiffushi offers 4-star accommodations in Dhiffushi and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and private beach area. Everything was great. Location is superb. I strongly recommend.

Raalhu Fonu Maldives is located on the beachfront in Mahibadhoo. Featuring a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a playground. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was a one minute walk to the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The turtle tour was excellent our guide took great drone and go pro videos for us included in the tour.

Facing the beachfront, Stone Beach Club offers 4-star accommodations in Dhiffushi and has free bikes, private beach area and terrace. Professional staff, excellent service, great amenities ! The best place to stay on local Maldives islands. It’s obvious the hotel owners invested wholeheartedly - they organized transfer pickup to and from Male in a quality smooth speedboat (which made a huge difference compared to other local speedboats). Hotel restaurant was best value and quality food compared to other restaurants in the island. We ordered food multiple times directly to our room. Staff were really friendly and attentive - many thanks to onu and zhidan.

Facing the beachfront in Dhiffushi, The Sunset Villa has a private beach area and a shared lounge. I had a room with balcony and sea view and highly recommended. You can sleep with the sound of the ocean and watch beautiful sunsets. They clean the room every day and provide fresh towels for the beach. Staff is very kind and supportive. The double bed is big. You have also big wardrobe and fridge which is very useful. They respond on WhatsApp which helps and arrange also the speed boat. You also have sunbeds you can use for free at the private beach.

Located a few steps from Gulhi, Ayala Oceanview Maldives offers 4-star accommodations in Gulhi and has a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. We stayed 4 nights. Rooms are perfect and cleaned twice daily. Breakfast and dinners are copious varied and tasty. Staff is helpful. Great stay overall

Located in Thoddoo, Rihiveli Residence Thoddoo features a garden, terrace, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. The property provides room service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. Really nice and comfortable place. Staff are very attentive and helpful in any situation. Room was equipped with all kinds of tools you need. Coffee and tea are always available at the lobby/garden.
