Carl's Unique Inn & Conference Facilities is a 5-minute drive from Kim Sha Beach, and offers views over Simpson Bay Lagoon and the island’s green hills. Very nice Hotel with very friendly hotel staff, always ready to help. Rooms are clean and cozy. Loved it! The breakfast is great as well: You get a voucher and can go downstairs to the bakery for a hot drink, a cold drink, pastry of your choice and a sandwich custom made to your choice. I always took half of my breakfast to the beach as a snack. I had a very nice time here, would book it again! To get around it's best to take the bus from the main road. That works without problems and it is just a 10 min walk to the bus stop.

Featuring an outdoor pool and a spa and health club, Mary's Boon Beach Plantation Resort & Spa is located right on the beach in Simpson Bay. The restaurant food was amazing

Located in Simpson Bay, a few steps from Kim Sha Beach, Commodore Suites has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE.. We had reservations at Bakers Suites to begin with but they lost our reservation two weeks before our vacation so thankfully we were able to book a room last minute at the Commodore and what a blessing. The Commodore Suites is fabulous, the staff Amazing, a full grocery/liquor store right below us with a fabulous buffet every day, all day with fantastic food and great prices. Perfect location with a view of the ocean on one end and the mountains on the other end. Did I mention the rooftop pool with a treadmill in it. So fun. Honestly, I can’t say enough good about the Commodore.

Baker's Suites is located in Simpson Bay, steps from the beach, and 5 minutes’ drive from Princess Juliana International Airport. Free WiFi access is available. Clean, well equipped and an excellent location in Simpsons bay close to the beach

Service was great and very friendly staff

This boutique hotel is right on Great Bay Beach, St. Maarten, and offers spacious rooms with 30-inch flat-screen cable TVs. Captain Hodge Pier is a 7 minute drive away. Location and room were excellent. View of Philipsburg was stunning - fantastic to have a balcony to read/relax on. Clean and good shower facilities which is handy with the beach and beach chairs. Nice cocktails.
