The hotel has a great location, very clean rooms, and an excellent overall atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was very rich, with plenty of options, so everyone can find something they like. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

We enjoyed traditional Bulgarian breakfasts served by our host Ludmil who told us all about Bulgarian history. We loved his passion for his country and for making his guests fell at home.

This is one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in. At the front office Mr Lyuben was especially helpful and made me feel home. The hotel deserves five stars ++ because everything is perfect, the cosy room, the location opposite the park, near great cafes and Metro, and the great staff

Loved everything about the hotel from the staff comfort location the food
