Very helpful and professional staff. They have a great understanding of what service means. The managress was very client oriented and was always suggesting providing help to make the guests feel at home. Breakfast and lunch were awesome, and I got to taste Bulgaria wine and Rakia. Spectacular service from the tall receptionist lady with directions and tips of places to visit and how to commute to the destination. Will definitely be an ambassador to this hotel

Super good location walking distance to everything hotel is clean and nice I highly recommend ! The reception staff was super friendly there was a problem with the garage and we couldn’t get our car but they reacted very fast and solved it !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was top-notch: the food, the drinks, and the cleanliness of the rooms were all of the highest standard. The entire experience was truly exceptional. I especially want to highlight the bar manager - Veselin, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations, always keeping everything at a very high level. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The location is good , close to Airport and you could work on your computer late in the evening. Clean and very beautiful pictures. Even I did not use it, there’s a wonderful swimming pool, well next time.

Due to fasting, I was gonna miss the breakfast but the personnel was very kind to prepare something for me during the night. Thanks !

Very helpful, friendly and polite staffs! The room was extremely clean and was equipped with everything you would expect from a Grand Hotel such as bathtub, work desk, amenities, bathrobe, slippers, etc. The location is fantastic as it is walkable distance to tourist attractions, famous Bulgarian restaurants and metro stations.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located next to the highways, easy to find and not far away from Sofia Airport about 15 drive. As well it is not far away from supermarket and other shops like restaurants. It's about 5 mins walk. It has a good basement parking spare for free. The room was very big, comfortable and clean for us 3 adults. It had full windows and I could see the view outside. The shower was very big, comfortable and clean. The indoor swimming pool is amazing. The morning breakfast was buffet and it had all types of food with an amazing view in the restaurant.

The apartment is great, the location also. The host is very nice and welcoming! He helped us with everything. A great extra of the place is that there is a possibility for a parking space which is something very rare in this area but the location is so good that you don’t really need a car to get to everywhere.

Casa Ferrari is on a quiet street yet close to the city centre. The main shopping street, Vitosha Boulevard, and the main attractions are a few minutes away. The closest metro station "National Palace of Culture" is just 5 minutes on foot. The B&B was neat and clean and had classic furniture that added to the beauty of the interior. It has all the basic amenities required to make you feel at home away from home. The host Ludmil is a kind and helpful person, who is very knowledgeable about the city, Bulgarian history and culture - and he takes great pride in it. He explained about Bulgarian culture and history like a professional tour guide and suggested the places to visit. Whenever possible, Ludmil made sure to provide traditional Bulgarian breakfasts and explained how they were prepared. Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying at Casa Ferrari B&B and I would choose it again if I travel back to Sofia.

The room was also very spacious and had a beautiful view, with most of the walls made of glass, which made it feel very bright and open. What I liked most was the cleanliness of the room. I would especially like to compliment the very friendly housekeeper. The gentleman at the reception was also very kind and helpful. I also enjoyed the sauna, where the staff were friendly and welcoming. Communication before arrival through Booking.com was excellent - they were very responsive and helpful.
