We arrived very late due to flight delays, but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodated our late arrival. They provided some recommendations of things to do in the area. Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we've had (and we travel A LOT). Their system works well to order your breakfast the night before to minimize any waste. They have plenty of parking and are easy to find. There is a wonderful park across the street and are easy walking distance to Molineux as well as the city center. The restaurant is undoubtably one of the best in the area, make sure to get your reservations in.

The Ely House is beautiful. The lady who runs it Claudia was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. From the minute we arrived Claudia helped us to find somewhere to eat, booked our taxis for us. She even introduced us to another guest and his wife who were going to the same venue KKs Steel mill who we shared a taxi back. Thank you Claudia. You and your team do an amazing job. We will definitely be back. I will be recommending your hotel. The breakfast was really nice Also the taxi service were really good. Had a brilliant stay! If I could give you 10 stars I would. Thanks. Hopefully see you again soon

The rooms are nicely designed and the beds were very comfy. The sofa bed for my son was great as well. The family room worked well (for the 3 of us). Having the use of the pool was great for my son. And it was nice to choose between a full english breakfast or visit the Starbucks in reception.

Room though slightly marked was clean, everything you need and a fantastic bed, so unbelievably comfortable. I will use again if on my own. Budget but nice biscuits, nice tea, lovely shower gel etc. I really appreciated those luxury details in a budget hotel, great towels too and warm. Shower works.😊😊
