After travelling in Bali for over 2 months, Rama Shinta has been one of our absolute favourite places, to stay. This place has so comfortable beds, beautiful setting with the well kept garden, pool and a short walk to the ocean. By the water it is super easy to get local guides to take one out fishing, snorkelling and just exploring Candidasa area from the water. The big lake full of waterlilies are just outside the garden gate and makes a spectacular sight, when you get up in the mornings. And the amazing food in the restaurant means we haven’t eaten in many other places, while in Candidasa. While here, my youngest son got really sick with fever and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They are all so friendly and easy to talk with, and really takes an interest in their guests. Made us feel right at home.

We arrived at 3:00 in the morning n the Staff was very helpful and friendly. Felt bad to have them up n waiting for us. The resort is right on the beach n the view of the ocean was breathtaking! The room was clean, loved the patio in the front, we had our morning coffee out there. Loved the big open air bathroom with hot water. A drawback we come from a dry climate n we walked everywhere we went! Whew the heat n the humidity:-( not the most pleasant for us but we would come to this resort again!
