We stayed 3 night in a family suite with two singe rooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is nice and hospitable. Breakfast is awesome. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property, well located in Dorsoduro. We arrived at 11:30 at the hotel and they provided us early check in. Very good breakfast and helpful staff.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Splendid in Venice. The location is excellent – quiet yet very central, just a short walk from both the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. Our room was spacious and comfortable, fully in line with our expectations. One of the standout features is the rooftop terrace – a peaceful spot with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and calm, making it a great base for discovering the city.

Nice stuff, clean hotel, quiet place.

The hotel decor is all a traditional, French style, with consoles, cute desk and chair, and little stools. Also, there is a wrap-around balcony on three sides of the building. And there was a wood country style hutch, dining table and set of chairs in the lobby area.

Just in front of the Mestre train station. Nice rooms and staff. I would like to mention that we have had a problem that we couldn't close the door because we somehow broke the door lock, but they offered us a bigger, better apartment. So our stay was more impressive than we expected!

- super nice and friendly staff - location near the train station

Super comfortable and a great place to relax after long days exploring Venice. Very spacious, modern and clean

Short walk to train station. Lots of shop in the area.

Nice location in Mestre near bus stations, supermarkets, restaurants and City center. Also you can reach Venice in 30-40 min by bus. I recommend it for couples or small families.

The location is perfect. Bus number 43 goes straight to the old city. The staff was suuuuuper pleasant and accommodating. The food was great. You can park for free during your stay. On the day you check out you can leave your car for free until 13:00 or pay €5 for the whole day.

Close to the bus stop to head to Venice.

Comfortable beds, great shower, and the owners and other staff were so very helpful. The neigbourhood restaurants and bars were very good as well. Interesting/cool area we were so happy we found! The owner kindly arranged our cab service to the airport, and that morning, while we waited in the courtyard, it was determined that our driver had an accident. Very quickly, one of the staff got the 5 of us plus all our luggage, another cab, which isn’t always an easy task in Italy. Kind, accommodating and helpful people. Thank you. 😊

We traveled with our dog for 2 nights by car. It was a great location, with private parking, close to the tram and bus stations. Everything was clean and nice and the staff was friendly.

Location is great- the bus stop is just in front of of the hotel, the service in the reception is perfect, we went to celebrate my husband’s birthday-day and they had a very nice birthday package. The guy in the reception went beyond possibly to make sure guests feel comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good for the price we paid. Overall a very good experience. I recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay 👍 * excellent food.. breakfast with many options. we chose to have dinner at their restaurant and it was an excellent choice 🫶 * very comfortable room.

The location is nice, parking available at property for free.

Easy walk to catch tram to Venice. Tram only €1.50 each way. It was a quiet neighborhood and comfortable accommodations. Our contact, Alberto, was very responsive and everything was as he said it would be.

I liked Everything, also how friendly and helpful the workers were.
