We absolutely loved our stay at Mizno hotel. The views from the hotel and from our room of Fuji were amazing. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and also really enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free bike hire (which were electric) to cycle around the lake.

It was the best hotel experience in Japan!!! It's the perfect place for a break in a Japan tour. The view, the onsen, really nice and helpful staff, the futon...we really managed to relax (which we never do on holidays) and have an unforgettable experience!!!
