The staff gets bonus points for hospitality, professionalism and courtesy. As Ambassador Elite at Marriott Bonvoy I've had my fair share of interacting with hotel staff. For a small hotel to provide service levels that I find better than many Marriott properties I've stayed at is definitely worth extra credit. If it weren't for that I would've rated this hotel 7/10 on account of the loud noise at night but the bonus points for the service makes it a 10/10. They have green tea & coffee in the lobby as well as in the room. A water filter for hot & cold water in the lobby so you don't have to rely on bottled water. Location is close to many Asian restaurants & supermarkets so anything you need is within a 10-min walk.

Located only 5 minutes' drive from LaGuardia Airport, this hotel offers free Wi-Fi and on-site parking facilities. Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, the site of the US Open is a 15-minute walk.

We recently stayed at the Prince Kitano Hotel for two nights and had a very good experience. The hotel is elegantly designed with a refined, quiet atmosphere that offers a calm retreat from the hustle of Midtown Manhattan. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, with a beautiful view and quality amenities. The Japanese-inspired decor and hospitality were noticeable and added a unique charm to our stay. The location is also excellent—close to Grand Central Station, yet tucked away on a quieter street, making it convenient but peaceful. Staff were courteous, professional, and attentive to any requests. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-managed.
