I loved everything about the hotel except that the parking is far from the entrance and the outside is DARK other than that everything was great

I had an excellent experience during my stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The location is perfect, the staff communication was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable for the quality and comfort provided. A special mention goes to the exceptional service I received when I was mistakenly charged a “No Show” fee for a booking that did not exist. The Duty Manager handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency, immediately taking action to investigate and process a refund. This prompt resolution and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Orlando for anyone visiting the city — the combination of great location, warm hospitality, and excellent service makes it my top choice for future stays.

The breakfast was pretty decent. We did not have to go out for breakfast. This allowed us to save time and money to focus on what we came here for.

Everything was perfect, the room are full equipped, spacious, the facilities of the hotel were great. Free parking for guest, and happy hour in the hotel bar.

It is a great place to stay if visiting Orlando and more specifically Seaworld (within walking distance). The food is great and the facilities are amazing.

Everything was great, from the staff to the location, room and pools. Extremely useful kitchen facilities, table with 4 chairs, lots of space, walk-in closets, wifi worked very well, handling packages from ebay was also very useful for a small 5 dollars fee per package.

The location is excellent, very clean and good bed

the staff was helpful in finding us dinner without a car

Customer Service - all the times I asked for assistance it was fast. For instance, safe deposit required maintenance; package delivery etc.

The whole atrium inside is beautiful. My favorite is St. Augustine. A lot of space to explore. Everything was excellent. Excellent 2 night stay.

Breakfast was amazing. The coffee in the room and at the restaurant was very good. Service was great and we would go again.

We stayed at the 11th floor with a beautiful view over the lake. The pools were great - very children friendly. Sizeable rooms, great bed.

This was my initial visit to HGV, and I can confidently say it will not be my last. I selected this hotel for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center due to its convenient walking distance. Beyond the excellent location, I found the staff to be exceptionally kind and helpful. The availability of Starbucks coffee was a pleasant bonus, and the gym facilities perfectly met my requirements. There was ample parking, and my room was consistently clean, spacious, pleasantly fragrant, and well-maintained. I would certainly recommend this establishment to my colleagues.

Location, if you’re going to a concert in the Kia Cebter is walking distance 7-10 mins from the hotel . Easy walking. Loved that there is a Starbucks in the lobby.

The property was very clean and organized properly. I gotta give it to the staff that checked me and my daughter in. She made sure I was satisfied n made sure I was ok. Very friendly n smiled the whole timeI wanna say thanks to her. For making me feel welcome

Very clean and comfortable room with nice view. Close to local theater, shops, and food.

Excellent!!! The hotel is well located. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean and well maintained. We attended a concert at the Kia Center and we could walk with no need to move our car. Will definitely book this hotel in the future. Breakfast was over average, we liked it. I recommend this hotel.

Lots of care to clients, unlimited complimentary water, coffee, teas, breakfast

We liked everything about our second stay in a 6 months. This hotel has the quintessential boutique ambiance. Rooms are clean and best quality compared to many hotels we have visited between Miami and Orlando.

I enjoyed the secure premises. The pool and the bartender were 10/10!!

It was very up to date and well maintained

Clean, comfortable hotel. Stayed here before to escape hurricane.
