All Seasons Boutique Hotel is a wonderful property in a safe part of the Pretoria suburbs. Carina, the manager, is lovely and gracious and very responsive. It is easy to get around via Uber and you can get to/from the property via Uber without any issues regardless of the time of day.

The room was fresh and well maintained with everything we needed, safe parking, pool, safe area with some nice restaurants within walk or short drive especially the 23 lunch restaurant just across the street, the staff supernice and a nice served breakfast. Not too far from airport

Carina is an incredible host. She was so responsive with any requests and truly wanted to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel location is quiet and beautiful. We stayed in a clean, simple apartment which was perfect for my family and allowed us to cook and have living space. Great value, and great location.

I loved the beautiful outdoor courtyard, climate-controlled room (which is rare to find in SA), hot shower, and strong wifi. The breakfast was also incredibly cozy and nice. I loved the kitchen cook and the property owner. Both were so kind and warm. Finally, you can purchase wonderful art from the owner's late husband. He is so talented, and every room hols his beautiful paintings. Overall, amazing property, great price. Highly, highly recommend.

We loved everything about this beautiful penthouse. The settings and views from the balcony are unmatched. The thoughtfully designed furnishings are lovely. The apartment has so much space with every attention to detail thought out. I couldn't believe how affordable it is. If I could give this place a 12 out of 10, I would.
