Staff was consistently polite and helpful. Location is perfect—right in the center, with easy access to everything. We received the tourist cards at check-in, so all buses and trams were free, which made getting around very easy. Staff clearly explained how everything worked. Daily room cleaning was reliable. They also provided secure luggage storage free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, with a card-based system we could operate ourselves. Overall, very solid experience.

The family-run Hotel Maximilian is located in the heart of Innsbruck’s Old Town, next to a pedestrian zone, offering air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The location was perfect right in the center. Breakfast was amazing. It was so easy with 2 washrooms in the room.

Located right on the Inn River, the traditional Hotel Mondschein is just across the bridge from the Old Town of Innsbruck. Mondschein was an amazing experience. The hotel is very well placed, near the bridge on the Inn river, 3 minutes away from the old city. We slept with the window open so we could hear the river running. The hotel is in an old charming building. The room was clean and cozy, even though the furniture a bit outdated. Breakfast was delicious and the staff, very friendly.

The location is excellent - just in the center and public transports. Parking costs EUR 16 / day, but it is just a few meters away. The spa area / pool is absolutely amazing. Being open 24 hours is a plus. Breakfast was incredibly good as well.

Just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Sankt Anton am Arlberg and the ski area, Valluga Hotel offers a free ski shuttle to the cable cars, free access to the large spa centre, and a restaurant and... Exceptional, friendly staff who took great care of us. Inviting pool and wellness area(though it took us a few days to brave the full cold bucket of water experience between steam and sauna sessions).Pool table and board games for the occasional bad weather moment. Really comfortable room (The Valluga Suite), perfect for a family stay. Delicious breakfast and good range of a la carte options in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Perfect.
