We had the best experience here at Nala-- service is top-notch, staffs are extremely accommodating and friendly. Everything we needed- theyve provided! Definitely worth coming back to. Hotel Innsbruck is located at the bank of the Inn River in the heart of the Old Town, 200 metres from Golden Roof, a 5-minute walk away from the Congress Centre and the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car. Great location, easy walk from main train station, well designed studio room perfect for solo traveller wanting to experience Innsbruck at Christmas time. Excellent reception at both check-in and check-out even though it was extremely busy the staff was efficient and helpful, with good knowledge about sightseeing and the nearby Christmas Markets. The heated swimming pool and sauna on lower floor was small but still very nice for a swim - even with a lot of families in the pool it was fun to meet and talk with them. I had a nice view from my room and one evening was thrilled to see a Christmas parade directly below my window. The restaurant was also excellent with good menu choices including traditional dishes. The wait staff was so professional, a big thank you to waiter Bibek B. who provided perfect food and wine suggestions!

Just one detail: We could use the spa still after check-out, before heading off to the train (transfer provided by hotel, same for pick up).
