The staff was extremely warm & friendly, the breakfast was awesome with fresh smoothies, eggs, tortilla, fresh fruits and much more! We had a room with a private terrace, which made our stay even more comfortable (even though the lounge and terrace at the 1st floor where really nice as well). Thanks to the staff for making our stay unforgettable and to go the extra mile on our last day, we really appreciate the effort done to return what we had forgotten in our room 🙏

Venecia Plaza Centro is situated in Valencia's main square, la Plaza del Ayuntamiento, 5 minutes' walk from Estació del Nord Train Station. It was a perfect place for a stay for a few days (and for more than a few days, but our holiday was over ;) The people in the hotel are very friendly, understand (a half word is enough) and speak English very well and are willing to help. They organised a cab for the transfer to the airport in a quick and fast way. The hotel is very clean, friendly priced and centrally located in a very nice neighbourhood.

Hotel Kramer nằm trong bán kính 3,5 km từ trung tâm thành phố Valencia, cách ga tàu điện ngầm Turia 300 m. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind. They helped us with arranging a taxi since we arrived unexpectedly late. When we were leaving, the receptionist was also exceptionally nice and helped us a lot. Although the location isn’t right in the city center, it’s still possible to get there on foot, even in the evening. .
