Set on the shores of Lake Atitlan, Balam Ya offers a private dock area, free kayaks, and a complimentary light breakfast. Each villa has a balcony with views of the lake. Breakfast was great, staff was exceptional! Rooms were beautiful and space was unreal! Gorgeous views in every direction, and easy access to kayaks, accessible staff for any questions, etc.

Hotel Utz Jay is located 2 blocks from Lake Atitlan in Panajachel. It offers lush gardens and fruit trees, a hot tub and a Mayan-style sauna filled with relaxing aromatic herbs. Utz Jay was a great choice. It was one of the most comfortable beds. We had room 15 and had our own resident humming bird each morning sat out on the balcony. A lage room with good sized hot shower. All of the staff we met were very pleasant. The breakfast was typical and the two young guys serving breakfast were a delight. The location couldn't have been bettered , only 40m from the main Santander street yet very quiet.  Would definitely recommend  A must to eat is Humaya restaurant/museum great food and interesting free tour of the

Hotel Atitlan, located in front of Lake Atitlán, is a rustic-style property offering extensive gardens and panoramic views of Atitlan Lake. It has an outdoor pool, hot tub, and a botanical garden. This place is paradise and the food was great, Stagg was super friendly and helpful.

Set next to Lake Atitlán, Porta Hotel del Lago offers views of the Guatemalan Highlands. It features an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and gym. Breathtaking views from our corner King Room. The room was massive with so much space. Pool was a plus to relax in the morning before heading out to explore. Very clean and great housekeeping services.
