We stayed for about 3 days here, and we really enjoyed the place and its savory and tasty foods; it's home to us. They have the most amazing staff: kind and friendly. The place is so tidy, with everything in its place. We want to thank Shirley for being so good to us and letting us experience the majestic beauty of Herods Palace. She really has a good soul. Our stay was outstanding, and we had an unforgettable experience.

Staff were absolutely perfect. Elior at Reception was charming and helpful. Orli at Customer service somehow managed to give us credits and extras that we didn't even know existed. The man who cleaned our room did an excellent job, and was very pleasant. i asked him where he was from, and he told us Akaba, and invited us to visit Jordan. Nice touch! Food was excellent. The gym looked terrific, but I didn't have time to use it.
