A 3-minute walk from Yudanaka Station, Hotel Tsubakino features indoor and outdoor hot spring baths with a vista of snowy mountain peaks. The hotel offers Japanese-style rooms with free Wi-Fi. It was a great, quality hotel with wonderful little extras like the rooftop onsen and sake bar. The breakfasts were exceptional- so many fantastic things to try, and delivered with such care. The deluxe family room was very spacious for a family of five.

The staff were excellent, the room was spacious, and breakfast was delivered to the room in a cute basket — very lovely and impressive. They also have bicycles available for rent. I’ll definitely come back. Great value for money!

Located in a forest, Tokonamiso offers a nature retreat with Japanese-style rooms, barbecue facilities and free WiFi access in the lobby area. Extremely beautiful surroundings, red maples were spectacular. The onsen was very fancy and pleasant, especially the areas outside under the red maples. The common area had cozy fireplace and free coffee and tea that we appreciated very much.

Situated within a private forest and boasting outdoor hot springs and award-winning cuisine, Sierra Resort Hakuba is a 10-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. Breakfast was incredible and the amenities are top tier. I was thoroughly impressed with the resort and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Hakuba
