From the moment I arrived it was super nice. First - there is an elevator, which is not always the case in small hotels, for example, in Paris. At the reception there was a wonderful man who spoke very good English but switched to Franch once he heard I've been trying to learn and don't get much practice speaking. He was super clear and friendly. The breakfast was simple and super tasty with sufficient verity. The location is a winner. Right in the center. But can get a bit loud in the evening as there is a big square with cafés and a gazebo with live music. All way clean and went smooth.

The hotel is very well situated, just a few minutes away if you walk from the city center. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. It was well insulated so there weren't any noises from outside. The room was quite small but that's a none issue.

Best Western Plus Grand Hotel Victor Hugo comprises 2 buildings on each side of the street in the financial district about 1 km from the city centre. Confort, bedroom size and location were all amazing!!
