Situated in Kuching, The Village House is just a 3-minute walk from Santubong Beach and a 7-minute drive from Santubong Mountain and the Sarawak Cultural Village. So calm, beautiful area at rhe foot of the mountain and just in the village (there are 3 cafes and 2 v little shops for some basic bits). We did the wetlands cruise with John at the jetty in town and it was a must! 15.min walk or the staff will drive you. Also got a lift to damai beach where there are some more food places and shops and the cultural centre $20 entrance for that. Pool is great. You can borrow bikes to explore the area. Note the sea in this area is not for swimming as mangroves/crocs! Can go down the road to Damai easily enough...

Everything was wonderful! The room was spacious, cozy, and felt like home. The staff were so kind and helpful—I always had lots of questions, and they answered everything with a smile. Breakfast was very good, with so many tasty options to choose from. I stayed for five days as a solo traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time. I truly miss the place already and would love to come back again!

I like the location of the hotel,super convenient for a night stay.Easy access to the mall and food! Chk in were a breeze and staffs are so helpful. The hotel is squeaky clean and I love that theres a kind of stair into the bathtub and railings too.Super helpful for elderlies.Aircon is great and the shower is very refreshing.

Situated amidst abundant greenery, Sepilok Nature Lodge - Formerly known as Sepilok Nature Resort is a haven for nature lovers. The location is right next to the Sepilok Orang Utan rehabilitation center, so couldn't be better if you have come to Borneo to see Orang Utans. The lodge is beautifully constructed from timber and surrounds a pond. There are many large trees and tropical plants throughout the premises. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the pizzas.The bedroom was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice tea and coffee provided in the rooms with a kettle. There was also a bathtub in our bathroom.
