Beautiful Hotel surrounded by wine yard, the food was spectacular and of course the wine as well! We didnt find the menu prices expensive at all, since the quality was so good. Great attention from the staff, special thanks to Mr Julio, who attended us most of the time of our stay. We got a taxi recommended by the hotel, Mr Luis Vela, who did a great job and gave us a very fair price.

Amazing location right in the centre of the oasis. Probably the nicest property available out of the options surrounding the lake. Beautiful design with a lovely swimming pool which is great to cool down during the hot afternoons. Room was really clean and modern with huge TV that featured great sports options. Great shower with hot water, really nice breakfast served on the rooftop.

Loved everything! This hotel felt like a little oasis - tucked away in a gated community. The staff were very pleasant & responsive to any needs we had. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Really appreciated the a/c which worked great on demand. The Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty (we had scrambled eggs with bacon) - all items arriving at our table individually covered. The pool was lovely especially after spending a few hours in the heat and dust in .Huacachina sand dunes. We didnt use the gym but its a nice amenity to have. Wish we could have stayed another night!

The location is fantastic and the pool and courtyard are lovely but the best thing about the hotel is the receptionist. The room I had booked wasn’t available but she went out of her way to find an alternative that I was happy with and helped me move my luggage. Everything was “not a problem” for her and she did everything with a huge smile.
