A great hotel in a perfect location for a one-star vacation in Switzerland. We had only five days and we wanted to visit the central and northern areas of the country - the hotel's location was perfect for that purpose - up to one hour drive to Zurich, Basel, Lucerne, Bern, etc. The hotel is modernly designed and very quiet, with a good breakfast, free parking, and nice staff.

    We were expecting an en-suite room but actually got a whole...

    We were expecting an en-suite room but actually got a whole apartment. Severin is a fabulous attentive host who made sure we had everything we needed including the dog (he even had his own room). Very beautiful & well equipped apartment both with equipment and goodies - you really didn't want for anything. The dog walks are straight from the house either through the woods or around the local fields. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony and watching the local wildlife in the trees. We can highly recommend it to anyone.
