Lovely, helpful and very friendly family with an interesting and different type of place and grounds. It rained the night we stayed so we ordered a take away and sat in the reception area eating, playing cards and watching the bats and geckos feeding on the glut of insects attracted by the lights. We really enjoyed our stay.

Daryl was soo friendly and assisted my family and I in everything. Washing machine and dryer are available with some extra charges, but its still worth it. Overall, we all had good time staying there.

View from the residence was fantastic (for our room we have to step outside). We cannot get enough of the majestic view of Mt Kinabalu. In terms of service, we feel that the restaurant staff are better than the hotel reception staff during our stay. And the restaurant at the hotel served decent meals.. Do try the mee mamak.

We love the quietness and peacefulness of the area, we love the view of Mt. Kinabalu. Water pressure, water heater works very well. We enjoyed the garden and its amenities, my kids love the rabbits. Kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, utensils, cutleries and plates. Soap and shampoo is provided. Fresh towel and bed linen provided upon check in. TV works well with limited chanel. Basic dining and living area. Security is VERY GOOD, we do not have to worry about our car as it is parked in a gated area and locked every night. Owner is there 24/7, so we feel safe.

Best part is the few min away waterfall river after a short distance jungle trekking. Kids had so much fun. A superb glamping experience for family, also to get close to nature.
