The apartment is amazing! I liked everything about it! It’s cozy and comfortable. With good furniture. Location is perfect! And the view is just breathtaking!!! It is the best view I ever had when staying in Dubai! I am thinking of coming again for a weekend and just spending it on the balcony of this apartment!

It's close to JBR beach, Marina promenade and Marina Mall. There are useful amenities (like washing machine, hair dryer, iron). The biggest plus is that the apartment has 2 bathrooms and a nice view. We did not like that the apartment is between the elevators and the garbage room, these generate constant noise. The windows of this and other apartments in the building were not installed properly and do not close fully, meaning that you will hear quite some noise from the street. Also, there is a new building under construction next to the apartment's terrace and it gets noisy early in the morning. The big bathroom is moldy and needs some repairs. All in all, it's not suitable for families, but it may be acceptable for couples and people who are not disturbed by noise.
