First of all, our check-in was at 2 PM, but our flight was way earlier than that and we were at the hotel at 6:30 AM already. We thought that we would have to wait, but the hosts immediately arranged our check-in and helped with the baggages.
And last but not least, everything was super clean and beautiful. The variety of food during breakfasts was astonishing. It's also a big plus that you can enjoy the waterpark for free as much as you want to.

We were traveling for our honeymoon and the manager and the team went above and beyond our expectations by upgrading our room, decorating it with balloons and even left us a mini cake with happy honeymoon on it and a card

We are from Dubai, that is why we have stayed almost in the all best hotels in Dubai. But we never see that level of service and cleanliness before.
We have got free room upgrade on a check in. That was very nice, especiay on my birthday day.
It is always live music in the lobby and during breakfast. and if you have a birthday you will get not only cacke with the candles, but playing the violin Happy birthday song.
Staff in the hotel is really nice, starting from guys that meets you and park you car. all the managers, reception staff are very helpfull.
The food was excelent. A lot of helthy and gluten free option. poached egg, salmon every morning. fresh croissant. you can ask for avocado, you can order coffe with any alternative milk.
We deffinetly will come again or will visit Taj Palm resort just for breakfast, for lunch or pool area.
