The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a kettle and a coffee machine. The room had a lovely mountain view. It looked and felt new. We totally recommend!

We had a lovely time in Innsbruck and the property was just what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. A couple of things that would improve the experience: bedside lamps in the bedrooms, oiling the hinges so the doors don't squeak and more than one laundry pod. Also a toilet roll holder on the wall or not on the floor would be nice. But otherwise it was a lovely apartment with beautiful views.

Parking is available and that was great. The hotel staff even cleaned off the cars in their lot after about a 6" snow that night. They made sure that cars were moved if they were in front of you when it came time for you to leave. Very nice of them to be right on top of all of this for their guest.
