We appreciated having private parking. We also appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the room. We appreciated having daily cleaning service. We appreciated that any equipment we needed was readily available; we simply had to ask at reception and it was brought to our room. The "kitchenette" was actually a fully equipped kitchen.

The location was perfect, on a beautiful street with lots of trees and colorful flowers of every hue. Five-minute walk to a famous bakery open 24 hours a day and a bus stop that goes directly into the center of the city. Nice room with all the amenities. But what REALLY makes this hotel special is the staff-- Melanie, Lucy and a woman whose names begins with T-- sorry, I can't remember it. They made it easy to enter my room after hours. They gave me advice about how to move around Adelaide and introduced me to the wonderful Australian people, history and politics. I will return to Adelaide and this hotel if I ever have the chance to visit Australia again.
