The staff made me feel like royalty when I interact with them. They actually went out of their way to help and always get back to me if they couldn't help me the first time. Absolutely amazing stay.

Great location in heart of shopping centre

Mother had broken her leg whilst on holiday away and required a wheelchair to use for our stay, staff gave us the perfect room for space and also allowed us to use their wheelchair on the premise. They were very helpful and kind and helped us with all of our luggage.

I especially liked the self catering kitchen area and the lounge area. And the heritage old charm atmosphere

Breakfast super and nice room

Well..loved the first room we got and even when we went back ..the room.. the room service..was excellent..but what brought us back was the food..quite the most delicious food I have ever eaten in a hotel! And the presentation of same was a delight..thank you!

Excellent breakfast, manymeals, however the hotel did not offer fresh vegetable (e.g. potatoes, paprika,...)

Great hotel in a great location. All staff were very friendly and the room was a great size with a very large bathroom. We ate in the restaurant several times and the food was very good. Happy Hour drinks by the pool were great. I cannot recommend The Alba too highly.

staff were smiley, and rooms were clean and adequately equipped. I love it that we could access our clothes from both the room and the bathroom.

Quite Central location Clean and comfortable rooms

The spacious room has a comfortable bed for resting, and a small living room has a minibar with a refrigerator if you need to store some things. The bathroom is large and very clean. They clean the room every day if you request it. The reception staff is very friendly...I arrived very late on the day of check-in and there was someone waiting at reception to greet me. It is very well located, with several tram and bus stops outside the hotel and a short distance from the central train station. There is a very good restaurant in the lobby and there are many restaurants and convenience stores around. They store your luggage after checkout if you need it.

The place was amazing. A little dark but the hospitality was sooo nice we were greated with a smile and a bottle of milk. Really love the stay there hope to stay longer.
