They were very accommodating. We arrived late in the hotel due to the terrible weather plus my kid was unwell. They have still assisted us even if it was already around 8pm and it was at no cost! They have promptly changed our bed sheets because my son has made a mess on the bed and they made it very neatly. Thank you to that lady from the housekeeping and her companion - the bed was very neat and tidy. Thank you to her for giving us spare towels and extra laundry and dishwashing liquid. Thank you to the lady that has assisted us during our check in - she waited patiently until we arrived. Thank you to the reception guy this morning who gave us an extra hour to stay in the room as my son was unwell. Thank you to Dockside Hotel team. Keep up the good team work! To that housekeeping lady who has assisted us during our stay - SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION, A BONUS, A RECOGNITION. We will definitely come back!

Love the place,it's quiet clean and friendly staff, inspired by how this place came about heard the story from the owner herself.Good job. Love the pop corn night it's was fun. A wonderful experience. Special mention to Robin such a sweet Lady God Bless her heart. I forgot the name of lady that did the pop (my apologies)she is also sweet, always greets me when I walked through the door. It's the small talk that makes the day appreciate her. NOT forgetting the other 2 ladies that work hard to keep the place clean thank you and off course the guy (apologies if I identify the person wrongly). Lovely and clean accommodations, comfortable balcony with a nice view.
Note: I did not communicate directly with host, so hard to rate that item.
Also a suggestion for international travellers -- if you need to use a phone (e.g., to call a taxi) and don't have international dialing or a local number, there is a free telephone booth at the round-about (1 minute from building).
