Stayed for a week and the property was perfectly kitted out with everything needed - little details like spare garbage bags, coffee pods, maps and info, etc. that are rarely considered and really make a difference. The property was spotless and the space was set up to be comfortable and livable. The bed was like a giant toasted marshmallow (I am currently missing it!) and the hosts were friendly and communicative - even arranging some vegan chocolate for my arrival! For me the location was ideal as you can walk to most places you would want to spend time in within 30 minutes and public transport is readily available nearby.

Offering free Wi-Fi, the 5-star The Lyall is located in fashionable urban South Yarra. It is within walking distance of the restaurants and shops of Toorak Road and Chapel Street.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom family apartment. The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet. It was on the top (17th) floor, so had a decent view of the city. Staff at reception were lovely to deal with. Location was perfect for us as it was only a 2 minute walk to the train station that had trains to the city every 5-10 mins. The proximity to the city was great, with the train being only 1 stop to the MCG and 2 stops to the city.

A lot of free parking spots around and own single drive way with parking place for apartment number 1 (ground floor) where we stayed.Nice,friendly neghbors with who we talked.It's not a Hotel,but private apartment.So you have more privacy.No complain.Everythyng was fine.
