The complimentary room upgrade was exceptional! The room was exceptionally big, and there were enough showers for us all to shower at once without rushing. There were televisions in every room, allowing us to watch television programmes easily without having to go to the living room. There were many dining places near our hotel room, saving us the trouble to spend money on an Uber to dine at other places. The balcony of our room had a great view. Enjoyed it daily by drinking coffee there.

From Check in to Check out everything was great. We had a view of the Sydeny Tower from the room. During our sstay we found the coffee machine wasnt working, mentioned it to reception. When we cam back in from a day exploring there was a brand new machine in the room. The location is great for every part of Sydney. We hired a car one day, the hotel gave us free parking which was an experience, never used a car lift before. On check out we ordered their transfer service as it was the same price as a taxi. whislt we were out they rang us to task if we could do 15 mins earlier and that it was booked in. Honestly a great service.
