All of the Staff at the curb entrance were excellent as was the front desk (Poppie). We also experienced the Broadway play “Hamilton” at the hotel theatre. It was phenomenal.

We really enjoyed our stay at this 3-bedroom apartment in Pyrmont. It felt roomy and comfortable for our group, and we loved relaxing by the pool after a day out. The location was ideal—close to Darling Harbour and easy to get around.

The complimentary room upgrade was exceptional! The room was exceptionally big, and there were enough showers for us all to shower at once without rushing. There were televisions in every room, allowing us to watch television programmes easily without having to go to the living room. There were many dining places near our hotel room, saving us the trouble to spend money on an Uber to dine at other places. The balcony of our room had a great view. Enjoyed it daily by drinking coffee there.

The location is very close to ICC. The suite room makes it very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are great. Highly recommended.
