The staff and manager are exceptional, there was a noise issue with another guest. This was dealt with quickly and politely. The reaction of the hotel staff was very impressive. The concierges Tony and Robert were so helpful as was the doorman Michael. The hotel is located in a very area of Toronto close to nice restaurants and shopping.

Clean, stylish, and comfortable suite. Staff were kind and helpful, and it was an extremely dog-friendly accommodation. Appreciated the doggie gift bags and no additional pet fee. Happy hour in the cozy space near the lobby was lovely!

The food was expensive at the hotel. The tea was lovely. The breakfast took too long (30 minutes) to come out and was pricey.
