Firstly, it is right in noisy part of the town front of a red light! Business. The reception gave me a small room without any even a hanger. The air conditioning was a joke and she was insisting that all the rooms are the same. She also refused to refund my money so I can find room in other hotels. Speaking to manager is not possible and she said yoy better sleep in this room until tomorrow then talk to manager!!! Are you kidding me? When I was leaving I couldn’t talk to manager for other stupid excuses that reception gave me. Bottom line I was pissed!

Took a while to reach from the bus terminal. But it's near the train station which made the trip to the airport super easy. Right next to a supermarket and plenty of restaurants around, with different cuisines. Staff were friendly, check in and out efficient. Lobby was welcoming to me as I had been staying in airbnba for the past few nights. I loved our room. Think it was one of the newly renovated ones. So everything was clean. And it was spacious once the sofa bed was folded back into a sofa. Price a little steep, but within the range of expectation for Switzerland.
