The staff Bilaly has as super nice and kind! Once we arrived, he helped with our luggage’s and even bought my daughter to her room while I need to park my car. Everyday they will have a huge smile and it was exceptionally great attitude . I would definitely come back on my next trip to Lausanne !

A very warm and welcoming staff. Helpful and attentive to my needs. The room was excellent. It was spacious and clean. There was enough room for luggage and a sofa to relax.
