We booked this hotel during the Canton Fair. They provide a shuttle to and from the hotel which is great. The hotel is located in walking distance to Beijing Lu as well as other temples and tourist spots. Free coffee and juice and popcorn at the lobby. We brought our kids along since we went to Chimelong during the weekend, and it was such a wonderful surprise when we entered a room and found a tent, books and toys & toiletries for kids. The bathroom even came with a potty for the toilet. The staff were great, very accommodating and kind. TERESA was wonderful, she really helped us with our booking (we were a group of 10), so she did her best to give us rooms in the same building despite the busy season. I would really recommend looking for ger especially if you don’t know any Chinese. KRISTINE was also very accommodating especially with the kids. and FU was also very kind. They helped book Taxis for us too.

the staff did install bidet . easier for muslim usage in toilet. no halal breakfast anymore. last time there was a Muslim chef there and halal breakfast section. feb 2024 no more.

Originally i was given a older room but i was upgraded to a new beautiful luxury room free of charge The location is great for anyone thats looking for halal middle eastern food, its only a short walk nearby. The staff at the counter are very nice and helpful, and they also speak good english which is very helpful.
