Ran by a lovely young man named 蔡俊 (Jun) the place is deep in the peaceful BaiLeQiao hood. Bit far off the city area, (nothing a DiDi ride, bus, or shared bicycle can’t fix) it’s the best medicine for those into greenER getaways. Surrounded by plenty of coffee shops and residential houses, restaurants, and a handful of other attractions, the place is just beautiful in its own right. Super stoked with their breakfast too! Go on and unplug — satisfaction guaranteed ;) Make sure your Mandarin is up to date tho

Best secluded location in hangzhou west lake area. the place is kept in pristine condition and staffs were all friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable. Guess room was spacious, clean and well maintained

Great location in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from the park at the South end of the lake. Friendly welcome and very reliable host. Very good homely breakfast! Will stay here again if I come back to Hangzhou.

Friendly staff who met us with a smile and helped us with our luggage when checking in and out. Also the place is comfortable and clean and has a very good location; near the bus stop ,and there were many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It’s in a quiet area and we really enjoyed our stay . I definitely recommend this place!

This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! Loved the pool!! Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and designed, excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Best place to stay in Hangzhou!!

Really quiet district not far from Xihu. The Subway station is not that far, but the distance is not walkable. We mostly used didi (Chinese taxi) to get to the temples or parks. It wasn’t more than 20 yuan. Room is clean, facilities are new, toothbrushes are stylish. The street nearby is full of the restaurants. We found a really nice tiny family restaurant (where mostly locals eat). The food was great.

The location is really perfect just a few minutes walk to famous Lingyin Temple and beautiful view during Spring with mountains out of the window, large green tea fields nearby, fresh air and most importantly the delicious food offered. The staff are friendly with thoughtful service! A very nice trip!!!
